Limited Releases & Product Availability

Many NÜXO products are intentionally produced in limited quantities.

Because of the nature of our collections:

• Products may sell out without notice.
• Certain releases may never be restocked.
• Some products may return in future collections at NÜXO's sole discretion.
• Future availability of any product is never guaranteed.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

Inventory is reserved only after your payment has been successfully authorized and your order has been accepted by NÜXO.

If inventory becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including inventory discrepancies, fulfillment errors, or technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order. If payment has already been received, the affected portion of the order will be refunded using the original payment method.

 

Product Information

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through descriptions, photography, measurements, and other information displayed on our Site.

However, slight differences may occur due to factors including:

We make every reasonable effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, occasional errors may occur due to technical issues, typographical mistakes, or system malfunctions.

If an incorrect price is displayed, NÜXO reserves the right to:

• Cancel the affected order;

• Contact the customer regarding available options before processing the order.

• Pricing inaccuracies
• Product availability
• Shipping restrictions

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin preparing orders for fulfillment shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be accommodated.
